Clipper Magazine Stadium first opened its doors on May 11, 2005. The Stormers hosted the Atlantic City Surf, providing an outlet for Lancastrians to enjoy America’s favorite pastime. The Stormers inherit a strong baseball tradition in the Red Rose City, dating back to the late 1800s. Teams include the Maroons, the All-African American Giants (1897) and, of course, a few incarnations of the Red Roses, who lasted through 1961.

Bids are due November 8, 2024, for a chance to host the 2025 WBC USA Qualifier. Interested destinations are also encouraged to submit bids/dates for the 2026 WBC USA Qualifier (Q2 2026 dates are preferred).
