Displaying his stickhandling abilities, he meticulously switched the puck from forehand to backhand, attempting to deceive the Oregon goalkeeper which direction he would shoot.

Weikel Events Center from Friday-Sunday, Jan. 9-11. More than 100 teams participated, hailing from cities in Washington state, Oregon, Idaho, California, Utah, Arizona, Mississippi, Tennessee, Virginia, Massachusetts, Maine and Hawaii.

Double legs, single legs, half-nelsons, arm bars and cradles were all on display at the 2026 Oregon Classic Qualifier, hosted by Ascend Wrestling Academy at the Keith Gilbertson Sr. Sports and Fitness Center at Snohomish High School on Sunday, Jan. 11. This was a sanctioned tournament under the Washington State Wrestling Association and USA Wrestling.

The Tulalip Boys & Girls Club is partnering with TRIBE Athletics SPORTS to become an official qualifier. The Native American Junior Nationals is the largest indigenous basketball tournament in the world.
