Download the Playeasy App
The Playeasy app is your quarterback leading you into the big game. This is for you to discover new places and message new connections right from your pocket. Whether you’d like to find new cities to host your events or plan a playcation of your own, the Playeasy app is in your corner.
The big thing you need to know is you can share your profile with the tap of a button. With the app, you have a custom QR code that links directly to your profile for Destinations to follow you, like your events, and keep the connection going. Encouraging users to follow you on the app means they will get alerted on your posts and events added to Playeasy.
The Playeasy app is now live in Apple’s App Store & the Google Play Store. Download today to level up your game.
Grow & engage your community
Following
Users can now follow your Event Organization profile and get alerted on your new Marketed Events and posts. Follow Destination and Organization profiles of interest to stay up to date on their posts, events posted, and more. When you create a new event or post, your followers will receive a custom branded email from you letting them know you posted content that day.
Examples of who to invite to follow your organization: Teams, clubs, parents and coaches involved in your events, Destinations of interest, and vendors you work with so they can stay up to date on your content.
Post on Playeasy
Create posts that will reach your followers on the Playeasy network. Announce upcoming events, new initiatives you’ve been focusing on and more. Engage your followers by posting regularly – we recommend getting a post out there once a week to stay top of mind & let participants and event hosts know the cool things happening with your organization.
Examples of content to post to your following include:
- To Teams and Clubs: New events they can register for, photos and videos of past events you’ve held
- To Destinations and Venues: Thought leadership posts & any news or initiatives your organization has been working on
- To Vendors: Upcoming events that are in need of services
Market your events to millions
Event Marketplace
Playeasy’s Event Marketplace will connect both sides of the equation – the planners to the players – to grow events and build relationships across the nation. Playeasy’s Event Organizers’ Marketed Events will automatically be displayed on Playeasy’s filterable Event Marketplace, which will be accessed by thousands of teams and clubs through our partnership with TeamSnap.
Event Portfolio
Your profile has all of your events organized in one place under your Event Portfolio. These are located in the Events tab on your profile and are grouped by past and upcoming events. Destinations and Event Organizers can tag other Playeasy users they are working with so the event will be added to both portfolios.
Leverage Your Economic Impact Resume
Capture grant funding & incentives by keeping your Event Portfolio up to date. Your automated economic impact calculator updates with every event. Destinations can use this to ensure your organization is credible & see the success of past events so you can secure more grant funding moving forward.
Seamlessly communicate with messaging

The process of discovering new contacts in the sports tourism industry was previously inefficient. Messaging on Playeasy allows you to instantly reach out to Playeasy users to grow your business. With our new enhancements, users will be able to start group messages and set their status to on or offline.
Showcase your organization digitally
Updated Profile Design
We took your feedback to ensure our product design is best showcasing your brand. Your new profile has a sleek new design to better display your images, events, and more. Social media icons will link directly to your organization’s social channels, bringing more eyes to your own platforms.
Your profile was automatically updated to this new look. Now is a great time to review your Event Organizer profile images and details to ensure you’re looking your best. Here is an article breaking down all you can do on your new profile dashboard. Currently, you can only edit your profile on your desktop, not in the app.
