Birmingham, Alabama – July 8, 2025 – The Boccia International Sports Federation (BISFed) today announced Birmingham, Alabama has been chosen as the host city for the 2026 World Boccia Challenger, scheduled for June 16–23, 2026. The competition will be held at Lakeshore Foundation, which serves as home for Boccia United States through the Lakeshore National Adapted Sports Organization (LNASO).

On Sunday, June 29, the Snohomish County Sports Commission attended the Rage Against The Cage Doubles III disc golf tournament at Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort in Stanwood. A non-sanctioned best-shot doubles tournament on the Red Course (Par 65), the event brought more than 30 teams across four divisions: novice (<800 rated), intermediate 2 (800-849), intermediate 1 (850-899) and advanced (900+).
