Holland, MI – West Ottawa High School Receives National Athletic Fields Award April 18, 2025

West Ottawa High School has received the 2024 Fields of Excellence Award from Pioneer Athletics, a national leader in athletic field marking paint and equipment. This award recognizes outstanding athletic fields at the high school, college, and parks & recreation levels nationwide. West Ottawa built a new athletic complex with 2 synthetic turf fields to host football, lacrosse and soccer games with community support.

Sacramento Junior Championship is in Full Swing This Month  April 18, 2025

The American Junior Golf Association is making its return to Sacramento April 18-20, 2025, for the 2025 Sacramento Junior Championship. Presented by the Morton Golf Foundation, the 54-hole tournament will be held at the Alister MacKenzie Golf Course at the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex. The event will feature a field of 96 regional co-ed golfers, ages 12-18. The event provides an opportunity for youth golfers who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through exposure to competitive junior golf events. The event will be the second of a five-year commitment with the Morton Golf Foundation, a 501c3 organization that raises funds for golf programs in the greater Sacramento community.
