June 2nd, 2024 was Leon’s Triathlon, the first of two events in America’s Race Series, honoring our country’s heroes, our veterans. Founded in 1983 by Leon Wolek and family, this was the 41st annual race, which is held at Wolf Lake Park in Hammond Indiana. The next series event, an obstacle course, will be held on September 8th, 2024 at the Indiana Dunes National Park.
