Every Playeasy user now has a public profile that can be viewed by other users on the site. In order to enhance connections, our team suggests that you complete the following tasks to ensure your profile is as optimized as possible. A complete profile shows that you are active on the platform and the right person to contact about your organization. Think of this as your first impression – make sure it’s how you want to be represented!  

It’s simple. The more details you provide = the stronger connections you’re likely to make. A robust profile demonstrates that you are reliable and authentic to those who don’t know you yet.

Profile Image

You now have the opportunity to add a profile photo to your Playeasy profile! Just like on social media, your profile image will help your peers recognize you and put a face to the name. User profiles that have a profile photo are more likely to be interacted with than those who do not, so we recommend adding one today. You can add, change, edit, or delete your profile picture at any time from the personal info section on your profile.  

To ensure you have the best photo on your profile, make sure the image has square dimensions – we recommend 512×512.

User Headline

If you have not done so already, be sure to add your “user headline”. This can be your job title or anything else that briefly summarizes who you are.

About Section

The “about” section is your designated space to provide a brief bio about yourself. We recommend at least 50 words about yourself, including your hobbies and interests, why you joined Playeasy, and anything else you want the individuals who view your profile to know.

EX: “After playing 15 seasons in the NBA, and winning 6 championships with the Chicago Bulls, I returned to Charlotte to help bring sports tourism to the area. Sports have had an incredible impact on my life, and I want the residents of Charlotte to see the positive impact sports can have on our community. I joined Playeasy to network and find new business opportunities and industry partners”

LinkedIn URL

In addition to updating your “about” section, adding your LinkedIn URL to your profile allows other users to learn more about you. Playeasy is a connection platform, and by adding your LinkedIn URL, you can further enhance your Playeasy network.

Location

You now have the option to add the city and state where you are located to your profile. Be sure to complete this step so other Playeasy users know where to find you!
