On Sunday, Sept. 14, the Snohomish County Sports Commission attended the 2025 USA Artistic (USAAS) Swimming Rising Star Camp, held at the Snohomish Aquatic Center. The USAAS Rising Star Camps provide athletes ages 10+ not only time to enhance their skills under the guidance of Olympic, national team, collegiate and high-level coaches, but it’s also an opportunity for some to be selected to the All Star Camp in Colorado Springs, Colorado in November.

On Saturday, Sept. 27, the Snohomish County Sports Commission attended the 2025 Lake Stevens Legends Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Tournament at The Mill on Lake Stevens near North Cove Park, hosted by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County. More than 30 players, ages 13-18, competed for over $500 in prizes and raffles.

The 2025 Seattle Spartan Trifecta Weekend easily brought in more than 1,000 participants from across Washington state, the U.S., Canada and the world to the Meadow Wood Equestrian Center in Monroe from Sept. 13-14 where participants in the age-group and elite categories competed for the Pan-American Championship title.
