🎰🏟️ Sports ETA Symposium | April 20–23 | Las Vegas, Nevada

Each year, the Sports ETA Symposium brings together leaders from across the sports tourism industry, creating one of the most valuable networking and learning opportunities for event operators, destinations, and vendors alike. Prospect Wire is excited to be attending the 2026 Symposium in Las Vegas.

This year, Brian Werner, President of Prospect Wire, will be joined by Erica Schwartz, Prospect Wire’s National Housing & Operational Coordinator, as they meet with destination partners and explore opportunities to bring future Prospect Wire events to new markets.

For Prospect Wire, the Symposium represents an important opportunity to strengthen relationships with existing partners while also discovering new destinations that could become future hosts for events.

“The Sports ETA Symposium is incredibly valuable for organizations like ours,” said Brian Werner. “It gives us the chance to sit down with destination partners from across the country, talk about what Prospect Wire does, and explore new locations that could be a great fit for our events. The networking, the appointments, and the conversations we have throughout the week are extremely important to the continued growth of our brand.”

The event will also mark Erica Schwartz’s first time attending the Symposium.

“I’m really excited to experience the Symposium for the first time,” said Erica Schwartz. “So much of my role involves working with our destination partners and helping coordinate the operational side of our events, so having the chance to meet these partners in person, learn about their cities, and better understand what each destination offers is incredibly valuable.”

Beyond the scheduled appointments, the Symposium provides an opportunity to connect with hundreds of sports tourism professionals representing cities, venues, and organizations from across the country.

“The Sports ETA Symposium is where the sports events and tourism industry comes together,” said John David, President & CEO of Sports ETA. “It’s a place where relationships are built, ideas are shared, and partnerships are formed that help drive the continued growth of sports tourism.”

With Las Vegas serving as this year’s host city, the 2026 Symposium promises to be an exciting and productive week as Prospect Wire continues building relationships and exploring new opportunities to bring high-level baseball events to destinations across the country.
