Panel 2 – Distributing the Experience
Building a great experience means nothing if no one sees it. This panel is about getting your content in front of attendees where they already are — embedded on event websites, inside attendee emails, and activated on-site at the venue. Learn the linking best practices and distribution strategies that top DMOs are using to reach visitors before they ever set foot in your destination.
Panel 3 – Engaging the Community
The best destination experiences don’t start when attendees arrive — they start weeks before. This panel covers pre-event community activation, deals and discounts that drive local spend, and post-event communication that keeps the relationship going. Learn how to turn every event into a long-term engagement opportunity for your destination and your local partners.
Panel 4 – Measuring the Impact
You did the work. Now prove it. This panel is about building a data story so clear that rights holders, commissioners, and community partners can’t argue with it. Dive into attributable engagement analytics, AI conversation reporting, and the feedback loops that help you continuously improve — and demonstrate your destination’s value beyond a reasonable doubt.
