In 2025, the Playeasy platform was visited 1.3 million times, underscoring its role as a trusted hub for event organizers, destinations, and facilities navigating the planning process. That engagement translated into real opportunities: more than 830 event organizations created 2,750+ events open for bid on the platform.
The impact of those events extended well beyond planning. Collectively, they are estimated to generate over $308 million in direct economic impact for host communities – supporting local economies, small businesses, and tourism partners nationwide.
Growing Destination and Community Visibility
Destinations continued to invest in showcasing what makes their communities unique. Over the course of the year, partners added:
- 15,100+ facilities
- 17,400+ hotels
- 48,400+ local restaurants, attractions, and businesses
Together, these listings help event organizers see the full picture of what a destination has to offer – not just venues, but experiences.
In addition, more than 40 destinations are now powering their websites directly through Playeasy, creating more seamless, up-to-date experiences for planners and participants alike.
