The recently unveiled improvements to the Wire Road Soccer Complex marks a transformative milestone in Auburn’s recreational landscape. With a capital investment of $11.85 million, this expansion boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including new fields, a 56,000 sq ft enclosed soccer/multipurpose complex, family pavilion, trails, parking, and picnic shelters.

The project, now substantially complete, features a 160×350-foot multipurpose court, three outdoor artificial turf fields, a sod practice field, and modern amenities. A recent plaque ceremony commemorated this achievement, highlighting Auburn’s dedication to community well-being and recreation as outlined in the Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Master Plan.
