This past weekend, us at Auburn-Opelika Tourism hosted the USA Cycling Marathon Mountain Bike National Championship at our very own Chewacla State Park. Riders travelled from all over the country travelled to compete for a chance at the podium! We could not have done it without our local partners and great community volunteers who helped make this race run smoothly. Our awards ceremony was also a big success thanks to all the vendors, food trucks, and venue partners who helped showcase downtown Opelika. Looking forward to another successful championship in 2024!
